Welcome to Telosark ("Telosark", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our websites, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Description of Services

Telosark provides an AI-powered social media workspace and creative generation platform that enables users to generate, edit, and orchestrate media assets (images, text, and video) using generative artificial intelligence models provided by third-party model providers.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use Telosark. When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Content Policy

You agree to use Telosark only for lawful purposes. You agree not to submit prompts, images, or materials that:

Violate any applicable national, international, or local laws or regulations.
Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or moral rights of any individual or entity.
Generate non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), hate speech, violence, harassment, or unlawful content.
Attempt to bypass, probe, reverse engineer, or tamper with system boundaries, rate limits, or credit ledgers.

Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without liability or refund.

4. Billing, Credits & Subscriptions

Telosark offers recurring subscription plans (Starter, Creator, Professional) denominated in South African Rand (ZAR) or international currencies.

Credit Allowance: Each plan provides a fixed monthly quota of generation credits. Credits are non-transferable, do not roll over across billing cycles, and hold no cash value.
Real Compute Metering: Credits are deducted in proportion to the real processing cost of each generation request.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period.
Refund Policy: All refunds and credit reconciliations are strictly governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property & AI Output Ownership

Subject to third-party model provider terms, Telosark claims no ownership over the outputs, images, or videos generated specifically by your account. You retain all right, title, and interest in your generated content to the fullest extent permitted by applicable copyright law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, ACCURATE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TELOSARK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
