💳 Real-Cost Billing & Refund Policy
"Credits are deducted based on real processing cost. If a generation fails due to an error on our side before any provider work begins, credits are not charged. If a provider has already processed or attempted the request, credits are charged even if the output was not delivered, since that cost was incurred on our end. We do not offer cash refunds for unused credits; unused credits do not roll over between billing periods."

Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about Telosark subscriptions and credit metering.
How do credits work?
Telosark meters credits based on the actual provider computation cost of each request. Fast image generations use fewer credits, while cinematic video models (like Veo 3.1 or Kling 3 Pro) and extended clips expend credits proportionally. There are no arbitrary markups.
How many images or videos can I generate each month?
Because credits are deducted based on generation cost rather than a fixed number of outputs, your output volume depends on the models you choose. A Starter plan with 1,000 credits provides dozens of fast image generations or several short clips, while Creator and Professional provide extensive capacity for daily production.
Is my subscription automatically renewed?
Yes. Subscriptions renew monthly on your billing date, resetting your monthly credit allowance. You can cancel or change your plan at any time directly through your account settings.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No. Unused credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle and do not roll over, as compute capacity is allocated per billing cycle.
